Association of Providers of Addiction Services, z.s. (APAS)
The Association is an umbrella organization bringing together addictological services for persons at risk of addictive behavior.
The Association is a voluntary, non-political association, non-governmental, non-profit, professional organization.
THE LEGAL FORM AND NAME HAVE BEEN CHANGED FROM APRIL 2022!
We want to inform you that with effect from 24 April 2022, the legal form and name of A.N.O. (Association of Non-Governmental Organisations with registered office at Karolíny Světlé 18, 110 00 Praha, ID 63839539) have been changed.
The new name is the Association of Providers of Addiction Services, z.s. (APAS).
Other details of the organization (bank account, organization ID, registered office, telephone and e-mail contacts, etc.) remain unchanged.
Attached is the current extract from the Register of Associations.
The change in the legal form and name of the organization has no effect on the rights and obligations that our organization has to other organizations, nor on their rights and obligations to our organization. There is no change to the contracts already concluded.
However, effective from the date stated above, all new correspondence and dealings between our organization and you must be carried out using our organization’s new name and legal form.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to use the new name the Association of Providers of Addiction Services, z.s. (with registered office at Karolíny Světlé 18, 110 00 Prague, ID 63839539) when communicating with our organization.
